Kerri Dutton, RN, MSN, MBA, owner of VitalTalent, has an accomplished career spanning 33 years in the healthcare industry, including over 25 years as Director of Nursing in long-term care. She began her journey as an LNA in 1992, then advanced to an LPN, gaining experience in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Kerri also worked in acute care and dialysis.

Julie has spent nearly 20 years in the healthcare staffing industry. Her journey began in 2008, working in the geriatric and pediatric homecare industry as a scheduler and later as a regional supervisor. In 2020, she transitioned to the travel nursing industry, where she excelled as a Senior Recruiter and then as a Senior Account Manager. In 2025, Julie embarked on a new adventure with VitalTalent.
